It can be found online from an obscure outfit that specializes in drive-train parts for over 30% less, but thanks to their C+ Better Business Bureau score and the fact that I'd already ordered this one I decided to stick with the one I had.Anyway, I didn't get any installation instructions. Just the parts and some grease. Installing this yourself is fairly easy with common tools and will save you hundreds of dollars over having a mechanic do it. I have some automotive training so I decided it shouldn't be that hard. I quickly realized that I would need to remove the entire propeller shaft (CV drive joint?) from my Liberty to make this easier. Each side of the drive shaft is held on with six bolts that take an 8mm socket. Use a drill or pneumatic wrench as these bolts are fairly long. The instructions very vague, but not needed if you're an experienced mechanic. I thought being a name brand, the piece would have been manufactured in USA, not China. The bearing seemed rough and not smooth action. The instructions even state, if not smooth to return for another one. This is not what you want to read when replacing a key component of your drive train and especially when mail ordered!
