K&N's Universal Air Filters are designed and manufactured for a wide variety of applications including racing vehicles, radio-controlled cars, generators, snowmobiles, tractors, and other applications. Regardless of the angle or offset diameter of the air intake, there is probably a K&N Universal air filter for your equipment. All filters are constructed with ultra-strong molded pliable rubber flanges which absorb vibration and allow for secure attachment and can also be stretched for up to 1/16" (1.5mm) to fit in-between sizes. K&N universal air filters are washable and reusable.

I originally purchased the EMGO Pod filters, let me tell you that it was a nightmare trying to get my bike jetted correctly. The bike was running really rich with the recommended #165 main jets included in the DynoJet kit. After numerous failed attempts at re-jetting and moving the needle position I decided to call DynoJet, the tech informed me that the EMGO Pod filters do not work properly with Mikuni VM carbs and to get the bike running properly I would need to purchase the K&N filters. I put the #165 mains back in and moved the needle clip back to the middle position, installed the K&N's and the bike started right up, idled properly and was noticably faster than the stock set up.
