The four stars comes from everything except the product. I have a 2006 Dodge RAM 1500 4X4 and want to start making it "my truck" so I looked through a lot of aftermarket tail lights but for the price I could not beat these Spyder old school replacements. Another major factor in my choice or Spyder option was for its unique "HALO" ring of LED lights around the park and brake lights. Since the Amazon page as well as the actual Spyder page both just say these are "Plug-N-Play" replacement lights, I was not worried about the lack of installation instructions with just basically unplug your old and plug in these new. Then while looking at them on the Spyder webpage I see an image of two sets of three loose wires, one set of three for each HALO LED ring. I figure, no problem there will be instructions in the box when I get them in the mail. Dramatic pause, the box arrives with a receipt...
