5.0 out of 5 stars Simply Fits, November 11, 2010

Ordered from Amazon Marketplace, came w/ free shipping in about 5 days. Once it arrived, I installed by myself in around 30 minutes. I recommend installing with another person but it is pretty easy to handle, either way. I used a couple of bricks on either side to "stage" it a few inches under the bolt holes. Then I simply pushed it up the extra few inches and loosely secured the bolts on one side while the bricks supported the other side.

The hardest thing was digging out the watter-proofing/rubberized caulk that was inside of the bolt holes on teh undercarriage/frame. Without removing that stuff the bolts were not going to seat easily.

The instructions are lacking w/ regards to "lowering the exhaust". It appeared possible that the exhaust hanger could be removed from the hard rubber it was inserted into. However, it also appeared that if you don't know what you're doing you will end up tying the exhaust up with a hanger and taking it to the shop to be... Read more

3.0 out of 5 stars Great price but DAMAGED when it arrived, June 20, 2012

I was torn between 2 and 3 stars because of how badly it was bent when it arrived. First, the good stuff.

1. This is a quality trailer hitch and the price I got on it ($102) was ridiculously good!

2. As others have said, it is not difficult to install. I did not need to lower the muffler pipe but used a small block of wood to to push it to one side. You will need a long socket extension to do it this way.

HOWEVER...
3. One end was very badly. It could have happened during shipping, but who knows--it could have been damaged in a warehouse and sent out that way. It was bent enough that I couldn't install it but not enough that I noticed it right away. I would have had to send it back with only a refund and no exchange.

SOLUTION...
A friend and I used a stout tree to bend the end back into place and was then able to install it-- a little ingenuity and a little luck! Once the hitch was straightened, it took less than an hour to... Read more

1) Very fast shipping, exceeded my expectation
2) Very good quality and really heavy duty. Because I will use it to cary bike, I think it's overshoot maybe.
3) Pefect match to my sienna LE 2007. 6 Screws do exactly fit.
4) Took 30 minutes to install. Don't need to take off Exhaust to install. Use the spark tube ranch to tight up screws. Put oil on screws before using them. use floor jack or any jack to push the hitch receiver to the car bottom and use hand to screw up, and use spark tube ranch to tight it up, very easy to install.
Very satisifed, hightly recommand.
