This review is from: Quality-Built 8172607N Supreme Domestic Alternator - New (Misc.) I bought this new Chinese made alternator for my fourth gen Firebird. It was just a bit more than the core charge I would have paid at the local parts stores. It fit perfectly and has performed fine in the short time it has been on the car. And since I didn't have to trade in my old alternator I was able to take it apart and fix it with the help of alternatorman videos on youtube.
