My 2005 Liberty has about 66,000 miles. Has always had some irritating missing and hesitating problems. Being an engineer that designs microprocessor software I am sensitive to design faux pas that are hard to find and easy to make. So I decided these problems were something we'd have to live with.

recently when I went to order a new fuel filter element I discovered there was a new manifold for the filter that corrected some design issues and was highly recommended to replace. I nearly bought just a new filter element but decided to go for the new manifold complete with filter. I'm so glad I did. The car now purrs like a cute little well behaved kitty. It's actually become a lot more fun to drive. I like the car even more now. Hasn't misfired once. I highly recommend that you make this upgrade.

The oem housing sucks air and this model is an Chrysler update.

Filter/heater was exactly what was needed to fix the original unit that was fried and leaking. This replacement cured the stalling, leaking fuel, and excessive smoking. Although it took me a little longer than the 20 minutes stated by some, as long as you take your time, it is really an easy job, well worth the effort.
